Allpanel Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Allpanel", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the operator of allpanel.onl and all services provided through that domain.
• "Platform" — the allpanel.onl website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated applications or software.
• "Player", "you", "your" — any registered user of the Allpanel platform who has completed account registration and accepted these terms.
• "Account" — the individual account opened by a player on the Allpanel platform, identified by a unique username and linked to the player's verified identity.
• "Real Money Balance" — funds deposited by the player from their own payment accounts that are available for wagering and withdrawal without restriction beyond standard verification requirements.
• "Bonus Balance" — promotional funds credited by Allpanel subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupees, the exclusive operating currency of the Allpanel platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount of bets that must be placed using bonus funds before those funds convert to withdrawable real money balance.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures, including CNIC document verification and payment method confirmation.

By registering an account on Allpanel, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not register an account or use the Allpanel platform.

These terms apply in addition to any specific rules that govern individual games, sports markets, or promotional offers on the platform. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and a specific game or promotion rule, the more specific rule will apply to that game or promotion only.

Allpanel reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Players will be notified of material changes via email or a platform notification.

To use Allpanel's real-money gaming features, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a unique email address, and your date of birth.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on Allpanel. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the account recovery options on the login page rather than registering a new account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login details. Allpanel strongly recommends using a unique, strong password and never sharing your account credentials with any third party. Allpanel will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

Account registration requires completion of KYC verification before withdrawals can be processed. KYC documents required are a clear photograph or scan of both sides of your CNIC and confirmation of your registered mobile number via OTP. Additional documentation may be requested for larger withdrawal amounts.

Use of the Allpanel platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list, and you have not voluntarily excluded yourself from gambling platforms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any other person or entity.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

Allpanel does not accept registrations from employees of the platform, its affiliated companies, or immediate family members of such employees. Any account found to have been opened by a person not meeting these eligibility criteria will be closed and deposits returned at Allpanel's discretion, with any bonus funds forfeited.

All deposits on Allpanel are processed in PKR. Allpanel does not accept foreign currency deposits or cryptocurrency. Supported deposit methods are Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The minimum for Easypaisa and JazzCash is Rs 200. The minimum for NayaPay, SadaPay, and Visa/Mastercard is Rs 500. The minimum for IBFT is Rs 1,000. Deposit limits are subject to change and current limits are always shown in the cashier at the time of deposit.

Allpanel does not charge fees on incoming deposits from the platform's side. Your payment provider may apply their standard transaction fees independently. Mobile wallet internal transfers in Pakistan generally carry no fee.

• Deposits must be made from accounts registered in your own name — the same name as your Allpanel account.
• Allpanel reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds if the source payment account does not match your registered identity.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed after wagering has commenced on those funds.
• If a deposit does not credit to your account within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number for investigation.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by players who have completed KYC verification and whose account is in good standing. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, or as directed by Allpanel's payments team in specific circumstances.

Third-party withdrawals — payments to accounts not registered in the player's own name — are prohibited under all circumstances. Allpanel will decline any withdrawal request where the destination account cannot be matched to the verified player identity.

Allpanel reserves the right to apply a security review to any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals, unusually large amounts, or accounts showing irregular activity patterns. Players will be informed of any hold and the reason for it. Standard reviews are completed within 24 hours.

Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements are not withdrawable. Your real money balance — funds deposited from your own account that have not been subject to a bonus award — is withdrawable at any time subject to the identity verification requirements above.

Any fees imposed by the receiving bank or payment provider on the withdrawal are outside Allpanel's control and responsibility. Allpanel does not charge withdrawal fees from the platform's side.

Allpanel offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to the terms and conditions stated at the point of the offer, including any wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits while a bonus is active.

Standard wagering requirement rules that apply to all Allpanel bonuses unless otherwise specified:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed.
• The maximum bet that can be placed while a bonus is active is Rs 1,000 per spin or round, unless a higher limit is explicitly stated in the bonus terms. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in the bonus being voided.
• Certain game categories may contribute less than 100% towards wagering requirements — for example, some table games contribute at a lower rate than slots. The contribution rates for each game category are stated in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonuses expire after the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically.
• Allpanel reserves the right to remove any bonus at any time if it was awarded in error, if the player is found to have manipulated or exploited any promotional offer, or if the player does not meet the eligibility criteria for that specific offer.

Free spins, when credited as part of a promotional offer, are subject to the same wagering requirements as deposit bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds, not real money, until wagering requirements are met.

All games available on the Allpanel platform — including slots, baccarat, cricket betting markets, ludo games, esports betting, and any other category — are governed by the specific rules of that game or market in addition to these general terms.

Slot games on Allpanel operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software provided by independent game studios. Results are determined entirely by the RNG and Allpanel does not have the ability to modify game outcomes. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages published for each slot represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.

For sports and esports betting:

• All bets are settled based on official results from the governing body of the relevant sport or competition.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before completion, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport as shown in the Allpanel betting rules section.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at Allpanel's discretion and may be suspended at any time. Bets placed during a technical delay in the live feed are subject to review and may be voided at Allpanel's discretion.
• Obvious pricing errors — odds that are manifestly incorrect due to a technical error — may be voided even after the event has settled. Allpanel will notify affected players and return their stakes.

Allpanel reserves the right to limit bet sizes, restrict markets, or suspend specific games for any registered player at any time, particularly where betting patterns suggest that the player may be exploiting an error or engaging in prohibited activity.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Allpanel platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting any other person in operating an account on your behalf.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any point during account verification.
• Using the platform in any way connected to match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of corruption in sport or esports.
• Using automated software, bots, or any technical means to interact with the platform in a way not intended for human players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to reverse or chargeback a deposit after wagering on those funds.
• Using the platform to launder money or transact funds of illegal origin.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors in the platform to gain credits or wins that would not have occurred under normal operation. Any such wins are void and will be removed from your account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Allpanel support staff or other players through any communication channel.

Allpanel reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Reasons for which an account may be suspended include but are not limited to:

• Suspected or confirmed engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after being requested.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria in Section 4.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under responsible gaming provisions.
• A direction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these terms, Allpanel is under no obligation to return deposited funds, bonus balances, or any pending winnings. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons not related to misconduct, Allpanel will return the real money balance to the player's last verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may contact Allpanel support at any time. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours, and the account's real money balance will be returned after final verification checks.

Allpanel collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at allpanel.onl/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected includes, but is not limited to: your full name, CNIC number, date of birth, mobile number, email address, payment method details, and transaction and gaming history. This data is used to verify your identity, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform experience.

Allpanel does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, fraud prevention services, regulatory bodies, and law enforcement authorities where legally required. All third-party service providers are contractually bound to handle data securely and only for the specified purpose.

Allpanel takes its responsibility towards player welfare seriously. The platform provides a range of tools designed to help players maintain control over their gambling activity and protect those who may be vulnerable to gambling-related harm.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Allpanel players and can be activated from the account settings section at any time:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately upon activation and can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits — Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period. Once the limit is reached, real-money gaming is suspended until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders — Set a reminder that notifies you after a specified duration of continuous gaming activity.
• Reality Check — Periodic pop-up notifications showing your session duration and net gaming result, giving you the information to make an informed decision about continuing.
• Self-Exclusion — Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Short-term exclusions run from 24 hours to 6 months. Permanent exclusion removes your account with no reinstatement option. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission.

Allpanel provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous availability and accurate game results, Allpanel does not guarantee uninterrupted access or freedom from technical errors. The platform may be unavailable for periods of scheduled or emergency maintenance.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Allpanel's liability to any player arising from or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the net real money balance held in that player's account at the time the liability arises. Allpanel is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.

Allpanel is not responsible for any loss arising from:

• A player's failure to read or understand the terms of a promotional offer before accepting it.
• Technical failures on the player's device, internet connection, or payment provider's systems.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's own failure to maintain password security.
• Decisions made in reliance on information presented on third-party sites not operated by Allpanel.

Allpanel reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, Allpanel will provide advance notice via the email address registered to your account or through a notification displayed upon login.

If you disagree with any changes to the terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to request account closure. Continued use of the Allpanel platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Minor changes — such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision — may be made without advance notice.
